Archery demonstration. Older fellow also suited up in full armor later in the day (after camera battery pooped out) - took pains to show us the very flexible joints, and properly forged chain mail ("not those aluminum rings they use these days, a knife thrust would pop one of them right open and you'd be in trouble"). Also a portable oven for flatbread on demand (15th century hotdog stand?), and the juggler/magician (note the goat's keen interest in second pic).
